50cl bottle Pours dark brown with a creamy off white head. Aroma is of caramel/toffee, bread & fruits. The beer is clearly infected - sour, acidic & watery. Yikes!!!

Apr 26, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown, hazy, and with a creamy/crispy tan head. Sweet malt to light breadish aroma. Mild roasted malt flavour with a very minor infection note of lacto bacteria - but quite minor. Mild breadish and dry flavour following, shows caramel and chocolate flavours. Goes into a light dry breadish finish with a vague note of bitterhops. Not bad as such, yet the composition holds too much English bitterhops compared to the caramel/chocolate flavours - doesn’t work for me.

Mar 30, 2008 Bottle. Medium high fluffy but quickly disappearing light brown head. Hazy orange / red body. Fruity cocoo raisin hops aroma. Mild and rather watery cocoa vanilla flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short aftertaste.
