COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En rigtig juleøl. Seks forskellige malttyper giver øllet den kastanjebrune kulør og den runde smag. Jule Ale er en kraftig øl der varmer i vinteren.
Bør nydes afkølet.

Ingredienser: Vand, bygmalt, humle, rørsukker, gær og krydderier; kanel, nelliker, appelsin og stjerneanis.

Clear medium brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, spicy - cinnamon, wood, ginger notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, roasted, berry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
