Many historians believe that Whitehaven’s planned layout, with streets in a right-angle, was the blueprint for the New York City street grid system. This American Pale Ale is brewed with Centennial and Amarill hops and has an excellent bitterness for its strength. It has the characteristics of the style, a strong grapefruit and citrus aroma leading to a clean slightly dry lasting bitterness.
