I am a wheat beer fan and this was a good hefe...golden and hazy in appearance with a slight head...aroma and flavor of bananas and other frutis...very refreshing nice beer.

Cloudy gold. Nose sweet with some bubblegum. Flavor is sweet with clove and wheat, malts have a nice cookie character. Bubblegum and lemon. Dies a bit at the end, just doesn’t have quite enough malt.

(ODBF04) Opaque grapefruit juice body topped by white head. Aroma is banana, light clove. Taste is well-balanced banana and clove, finishing lemon. Light body, medium carbonation, moderately crisp, Nice beer.

Lightly aroma'd with little activity but a good hazy feel. It's light and lemony, and I couldn't discern any yeastiness. This was more like a fruit beer to me, with a big sour finish.

Banana-clovey esthery aroma. Perfect cloudy look with nice tight white head. Good wheat malt taste also good yeasty falvors esp. on aftertaste. Surprisingly full-bodied.

Cloudy, unfiltered appearance. Has all the characteristics of the Bavarian-style hefe's: lots of wheat and a yeast that imparts a good, strong banana and clove aroma and taste. Aftertaste is not quite as smooth as the better known German brands, but still a very good beer.

AWESOME! Silky smooth with a milkshake-like consistency... w/just the right amount of everything. Excellent banana & clove flavors too! I was impressed... and surprised that they’d brew such a ’big’ Hefe. Fairly strong (you can’t really taste the alcohol - but you can feel it), which is uncommon with Hefeweizens, but who cares - I loved it. This beer is what I’d call a ’full-bodied’ wheat beer.
