Bought a 22 of this at the end of March (2002) - they still had a few left... Pours with a nice and creamy head; I swear I saw a tinge of blue in the head, but I think my eyes were playing tricks on me. Color is a murky amber that holds back even the brightest light rays. Nose has a hint of blueberry, some biscuit too. Mouthfeel is sugary, creamy, gentle, velvety, and rather heavy on the tongue; ’milkshake-like’ in a way. Some hop bitterness in the end. I usually don’t like ’fruit’ beers, but this one had the perfect amount of fresh blueberry flavor... in other words, not too much of it. It added a nice - undertoned - aroma that melded with the hops well.

Apr 4, 2002 Best Richbrau brew I ever had. Only saw it on there once, maybe twice. BRING IT BACK! Total blueberry happiness!! Smells like a fresh bucket o’ blueberries!! Not an overpowering taste - just right. Relatively light. I look for this every time I roll over to Richbrau - BY FAR best brew they make!!!
