Tmava Katarina je vzdy vyborna. Cim je starsia, tym je lepsia :) Lezanie v tanku jej prospieva. Jej cokoladova dochut sa zvyraznuje, pena je hustejsia, kremovejsia.

On tap at the brewery. Nice beige head, dark sparkling brown colour. Aroma mostly coffee, bit of chocolate. Taste of coffee in the begging, bit sweeter in the middle, dry dark chocolate taste in the begining. Recommended!

Tap at Richtár Jakub. It pours very dark ruby with a thick beige head. The nose is roasted malt, light smoke, dark fruit, jam and caramel. The taste is roasted malt, toast, bitter chocolate, earth, ash, decent bitterness and some dark fruit with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. A tasty brew.

Tap at the brewpub, Bratislava. Pours rich brown with a fine, tan foam head. Decent roasty, bready nose. Great flavor, sturdy but not oppressive, nice roasted malt character, some earth and dirty bitterness, light cocoa. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light sweet finish, more toast, mild roast, burnt dark sugars, toasted grass, mild leaves and leather. Very nice stuff.
