Canette 473ml.

473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear golden colour with smallish white head. Aroma is corn/grain and a whiff of grassy hops. Things pick up a bit in the taste in which a breadier maltiness comes through with a slightly more prominent grassiness and without any strong vegetal notes. Slightly drying finish. Not great but about as good as it gets from Molson.

Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma has a touch of pale pils malt and some light grassy hops. A fairly light bitterness, but it’s decently balanced. Okay - if a bit standard.

341ml brown bottle. Golden colour, decent white head, some creamy foam. Nose has grains and some grassy hops. Taste has background grain and bread malt with a little sweetness, some light citrus and grassy hops overtop. Low bitterness, dry grainy finish, a bit of lingering grass in the aftertaste. Average body and carbonation. Did not mind this.

Golden yellow colour with a big frothy white head. Medium carbonation. Thin body and texture. Lacks flavour. Big flavour of honey and hint of malt. Overall a weak lager beer. Easy to drink however.

ok i’m gojng to go on record saying this might be the first Molson product i’ve ever had where i can actually taste some hops. the aroma is well......molson. cheap malts, sweet corn, but a touch of what seems like hops. even a little bit of the yeasty maltiness you get from a creemore. mouthfeel is pretty standard, soft carb, very light bitterness. slight hops in the finish with some cheap grain. all and all this is basically a watery creemore lager if you ask me.

[3864-20110807] 473mL can. Light concord grape apple aroma. Clear, pale orange body with a quick foamy white head. More white grapes and apple juice in the flavour. Light-medium body. Not great. (5/2/5/2/9) 2.3

Bottle, dark yellow almost amber with small quickly disappearing white head. somewhat malty and barely bitter. notes of corn, citrus, minimal hops. finishes with a nutty aftertaste (peanuts?). Probably one of the better macro beers. Would like to see this replace some of the swell at the local pubs.

Bottle. Reddish colour, some aroma and taste of hops, so there’s a bit of a bitter flavour, but like everything from Rickard’s is underplayed and commercial.
