Smell is very spicy, cloves and cinnamon. Taste is tons of cloves, tons of cinnamon, some caramel. Finish is light herbal bitterness. Slightly overbearing spices make the finish seem too weak. Light to medium body, very bubbly mouthfeel. A somewhat unbalanced lager that could have been much better, had the spices in it been counterbalanced by...something else.

Une bière orangée disponible à l’unité au dépanneur du coin. Une mousse qui n’est pas terrible. Un nez qui propose quelques élans fruités sur des malts doux dominés par un mélange plus ou moins intéressant d’épices d’automne. Des saveurs oubliables. Un sucré de malt contenu et des épices qui veulent se faire entendre. Un retour fruité. Des petites baies? Une bouche convenable. Une texture légèrement huileuse. Un apport élevé des bulles. Une finale signée Molson avec ses notes amères neutres.

Golden color. The aroma is fruity and spicy, some honey, a bit like Drambuie. Smooth mouthfeel; sweetish flavor, with some spices, cinnamon, very soapy, perfume; it has a correct bitterness.
Strange, but not too bad.

Bouteille 341ml. De couleur dorée-orange et claire. Nez épicé (moyen de muscade, léger de cannelle, notes de pain d’épices), léger de fruits (gâteau de fruits) avec des notes de caramel et de houblon herbeux. Moyenne-mince ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes huileuses. Goût épicé (muscade, notes de cannelle et de pain d’épices) avec des notes fruitées (gâteau de fruits) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un très léger goût de caramel doux avec des notes de grains sucrés et des traces de légumes bouillis puis en finale l’on retrouve de faibles notes de houblon herbeux. Post-goût épicé, avec des notes amères de houblon herbeux.

Pours a clear light golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma is cinnamon and nutmeg. Interesting take on a spiced lager. Taste is sharp nutmeg with the cinnamon sweetness.

2012-11-16. Crisp dark yellow, small white head. 3+ Sweetish aroma, sort of caramel notes, nice spice, pumpkin pie like spice. Similar flavour, modest bitterness, spice character has some bitterness to it as well. 6+ Average plus bodied palate. 3+ Surprisingly decent, enjoyable.
