On tap in Halifax Airport Bar. Not much aroma. Thin to non existent head. Clear brown colour. Sweet, slightly nutty aroma. Crisp ale. Slight acidic after taste.

Bouteille 341ml.

This tasted like a subtle honey lager, nothing special. Nice brown color but nothing to add extra flavor.

One of very few beers that makes you want to eat the bottle after finishing the masterpiece within.

As a Honey Brown beer, it is not bad. Compared to the other Rickards beers, it is the worst. Nice honey colour and honey flavour.

Bottle: Brown-amber with off-white head. Aromas of honey, syrup and malt. Taste of honey and sweet corn dominated while malt and hops take the backseat. Smooth but week overall...one-dimensional indeed.

Has a slightly sweet smell. The taste is pretty skimpy on this one. It had a week body for a darker colored ale. It made all the rest of my other beers taste sweet all night and I don’t like my beer sweet. I will pass on this one next time.

341ml bottle.
Clear dark amber beer with a good sized off white head that fades to a smaller one. Aroma of watery malts, some honey, some roastyness and light hops. Flavour is overly sweet with a strange malt profile. Tastes like sugar, honey and Fort Garry Nubru. (not good at all) A little on the thin side. About what i was expecting from this one.

Draught. Malt smells of light caramel and nutty, hops of perfume, yeast of dough, with toffee, honey and corn. Head is creamy white, mostly lasting and has good lacing. Color is clear light brown. Flavor is lightly sweet and acidic to start and moderately bitter in the finish. Palate is light, watery almost creamy, and has a lively carbonation. It fishes fairly dry. A tastey beer, but nothing outstanding about it.
