Draught. Small white head. Clear amber body. Dry and spicy aroma. Fruity, hoppy yet sweet flavor. Interesting.

After having Old Yale Blonde, this is a very poor follow-up for a beer that shares the same categorization. There is nothing here to set this beer apart from any of the cheap pale lagers that are out there, except maybe that it isn’t a "can only" offering (which is always the kiss of death). Not horrible, just not really anything worth talking about.

On tap at la Cage aux sports. I tasted more flavored IPA than this one. This one was a one time. Not that great.

Yeah it’s not an IPA but as a sweet golden ale it wasn’t so terrible. Almost a greenish hue and generous fluffy head led into a smooth mouthfeel. Not grassy, but sort of in that direction. Comparable to Keiths, which makes me think that this is what they based themselves on.

I’m certainly not a Molson fan. I do think this might be the worst beer with the Rickards name. Not just boring, it actually kinda sucks.

Pale golden colour, thin white head. Aroma of pale malt, a bit of caramel with some faint Goldings-type aroma. Flavour is thin, pale malt, a bit of crackery character as well. Not an IPA by any stretch but better than Keith’s.

Its an ok beer. Not actually close to an IPA. But for some macro stuff it was not that bad, but I wont buy that again for sure.

Not impressed. Seems it could be artificially carbonated. Hoppy, dry initial taste although not fully revealed by the nose. Finshes alright but with a semi-metallic aftertaste. Not an IPA (when will they learn!) More like a bad Pilsner. Will not consider again.
