Used to be my favourite until I found Canterbury Dark Mild. My beer of choice if out and they don’t serve my fav. Nice rich full bodied flavour.

Tap@toronto airport. Copper clear small head. No aromas. Watery. Taste more like a lager! No fruitiness. Mild and boring. But it is a beer;)

Draft at Toronto airport. Clear red color with low head. Subtle caramel notes and some bread notes. Pretty smooth. Kind of boring. Slick texture. Ok. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled on draft this beer poured a red-caramel color with a medium sized foamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweetish and malty. The flavor was sweet, malty, a bit of toffee and dark fruit. Medium finish. Medium body and smooth. Ok.

On tap at the only restaurant I could find in Harvre St Pierre. Reddish copper color. Bready sweet caramel maltiness, little to no hops. Not horrible.

Nice malt aroma with a red/brown colour. Very nice sweetness of caramel with a faint herbal bitterness.Moderate carbonation. Overall for a cheap domestic beer. This one is not bad.

Easy-going amber coloured beer. A little thin but refreshing and decent enough.

Draught @ Outback Steakhouse, Niagara Falls, ON
Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and hint of grass. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Appearance: clear red-tinted pale to medium amber with one finger of light tan head diminishing gradually to a thin cap, good lacing. (4/5) Aroma: light caramel malt, slightly nutty. (4/10) Taste: mild to moderate sweet, mild bitter. (4/10) Palate: light to medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry medium duration finish. (3/5) Probably the best thing Molson Coors makes - which, y’unnerstand, isn’t a particularly high bar, but it does mean it pretty much by definition could be worse. Pretty standard domestic amber/vienna/Irish red, so a notch or two better than a macro lager, but hardly interesting. Decent enough thirst quencher with lunch, though. (10/20)

On tap. A clear amber colored beer topped by a dense, light beige head. The aroma has a light touch of bread, caramel and some nuts and dried fruits. It’s rather thin on the palate, with a soft carbonation, dry. Not much bitterness or sweetness going on, but at least there’s some caramel and nuts. Short finish. Quite forgettable this one. 150613
