For better or worse, here is Molson’s wit. Spicy yeast aroma that’s citric in a funky kind of way. Doughy as well, in the background, Traffic light yellow color, opaque of course. Tastes sugary and artificial, not much spice interplay. My Montreal Steaks have more coriander. A touch of zest on an otherwise flat body. Not as good as Blue Moon, which is a passable wit, but better than any of AB’s Shock Tops.

Perhaps not surprisingly, very similar to Blue Moon. Seems a bit more fizzy but could be my imagination.

Pours a cloudy orangish gold with a frothy white head. Aroma od citrus, orange and some spicy yeast. Taste is orange, spicy yeast and some slight bitter spiciness on the finish. Overall it’s a bit too thin bit a decent wit for molson.

Very little in the way of aroma. Just a bit of citrus and wheaty notes. Flavour isn’t bad (or terrible). Little heavy on that icing sugar, synthetic lemony candy essence. But, not unpleasant. They could have made this a lot worse. Carbonation was pretty much bang on. Appearance was decent. Didn’t have much to choose from at the time. Finish was a touch cloying.

Not a great wit, but certainly better than the red variety. Not much in the way of spicing, though there is some discernible orange. Mild through and through. A bit watery.

Bottle (341 ml). Shared by Franky Boy, thanks bro! Clear yellow with a small white head, no lacing. Aroma of coriander, citrus and soap. Taste is about the same. Thin body. Watery. As bad as expected... but still drinkable.

From bottle, courtesy of my FIL. Nice fruity aroma with apricot nectar, orange peel, and coriander. Kind of sweet with mild floral notes. Cloudy medium amber with thin white head. Medium to light watery body with heavy carbonation. Starts with fruity and floral notes, orange peel and coriander. Pale malt and wheat sweetness with light dry finish. No discernible hop flavors. After is a little chalky but pleasant.

Fruity barley aroma, pours cloudy orange with creamy head. Surprising refreshing, but then again, I spent the eve rock climbing and was in need of a beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
