COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If Maris Otter malt is the body of our beer then hops are its spirit. Each year we choose our hops not just by farm but by individual garden and time of harvest. One older variety, Challenger, and one new,Boadicea, used as unprocessed whole leaf hops. Extravagant, perhaps, but delicious.

Slacks (615) - Bolton, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 27, 2009
Bottle: Pours cloudy, pumpkin orange, nice thick head of white foam creeping down the bottle. Very bright, citrusy lemon and orange aroma, floral and sweet at once. Quite bubbly and carbonated to sip, a little harsh to hold in the mouth. Tastes extremely fresh and light, lots of citrus, followed by a solid floral hop punch. Seems to be an almost tobacco note to it, smooths nicely as it warms. Pretty good brew!

Beerlando (3276) - Orlando, Florida, USA - AUG 5, 2009
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2009 Fresh bottle. Pours lightly hazy and entirely translucent, pure amber in hue, with a fading, frothy, off-white head. A sudsy, wet wash leaves minimal splatters of lacing behind. The aroma shows toasted bread and lightly sweet biscuit in the malt base, with balancing, hoppy notes of fresh green grassand marigold flowers. A hint of lemonpepper lends some nice spice. Flavors are similarly balanced and easy going, biscuity sweet yet grassy, spicy, and somewhat dry. Medium bodied and balanced, the palate is substantial for the low ABV, yet entirely sessionable. Pretty good for a bitter.

50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Amber with a thin white head; lightly carbonated; aroma of caramel; light and spritzy in the mouth with dull chalky biscuity flavour; and some light hops; rather sweet to finish. A very standard bitter.

Bottle. Pours an orange body with a white head. Floral fruity hoppiness with a lighter apple paper dryness about it. An elemental note and a earth y bitterness.

Pint bottle. This one didn’t leave much of an impression. It was very drinkable but kinda boring. Really not much character or taste to it at all. Cool bottle thought.
