Fra fat på Bartof, sammen med gode venner og en sjarmerende singer/songwriter fra New York: akkurat denne halvliteren bidro ikke til å løfte den gode stemningen. Adekvat, men ikke mer. Kanske like greit, siden det var musikken som var i fokus.

Bottle. Golden. Quite a nice really floral english hoppyness. Lots of citrus combined with grassy floral/perfumy things. And caramels. Body is med, bitter, some pines, good caramel. Overall a good fruity hoppy english ipa. Lacks the over the top-ness of some us/nz ones, is more conservative, grassy.

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours clear amber with a white head that leaves very little lacing. Aroma is very malty with a hint of citrusy hops. Flavour is much like the aroma.

Tap. Clear golden with no head. Aroma is flowery and herbal hops, bread, hay, light caramel. Taste is light+ sweet and medium bitter. Light/medium body, oily, watery texture, soft carbonation. Dry and bitter finish with herbal hops.

Schiuma intensa, buona carbonazione. Gusto amaro ma ben bilanciato. Sapori di pesca, fruttati e floreali. Birra molto beverina. Una buona IPA.

Schiuma fine alta ed aderente, abbastanza veloce a scendere, aroma di fiori di luppolo, pino,pane tostato e caramello, corpo medio e carbonazione non eccessiva, al palato note erbacee, citriche , una dolcezza iniziale seguita da un lungo finale amaro e rinfrescante , un buona bilanciatura di malti e luppoli. Ipa buona e beverina.

Aroma is hoppy with toffee, some citrus, nuts, hints of hay and floral notes. Flavour is sweetish and hoppy with citrus, some orange, floral notes and toffee. Refreshing and good.

Cask Ale tasted at Gallows Bird RAF. Mild nose. Pale head large bubbles. Clear golden color. Lemoney malty average hoppy taste. Good IPA. Not too hoppy.
