Aroma is berries/fruit, English hops and malts. The flavor is malts, berries/fruit, biscuit malts, toffee and a tart/citrus finish.

Pours light, clear copper with a chunky off-white head. Aroma of apples...malt. Taste is softly fruited and bready. Light hop bitter. Nice, if a bit simple and plain.

500ml bottle, from Jungle Jim’s in Eastgate. Clear orange color. Good thin off-white head. Little lace. Medium body. Smooth light - to - medium carbonation. More clean finish. Mostly clean malt-forward biscuity flavor, little metalic.. Saw "roast malts on the description. That is interesting. Kind of sweet, light bitter, with a light hop profile, but mostly just muted. Not bad, though. It’s English-style all around, and a solid example of that kind of pale ale.

Bottled 21/12/12. A brown beer which poured headless. Sweet and fruity. Earthy with a slight tang of tartness. Some chocolate malt notes but it’s the sweetness which dominates.

A fairly mild beer. Taste and aroma almost too subtle for its own good. Some honey, some light fruit, and bread. Some pepper in the nose.

Bottle. Bright amber colour with off white head that stays and laces Aroma is light malty. Quite watery mouthfeel with taste starting slightly sweet before modest hop bitterness comes through. Not exciting

Enjoyed this one, refreshing and slightly tangy but with a smotheness reminiscent of a heavy.
