[bottle--thanks, fonefan!]
Toffee, caramel, butterscotch and grapefruit aroma with a cookie dough accent. Hazy copper under an eternal, lacy, white blanket. Well balanced, caramel toffee plus grapefruit and orange blossom hops flavour. The bitterness is a bit assertive, but not inappropriate. Medium body, moderate to medium carbonation, lasting bitter grapefruit finish.

Great American Hop taste, big, Fresh, tasty, with grapefruit, sweet demerera sugar and biscuity malt. A nice carbonation bite and the alcohol is well hidden. Hard to put down - a sign of a good beer!

Cask at dba Brooklyn. Pale golden pour with a thin white head. The nose is quite hoppy. Some bright citrusy nose, clean malt and a bit of soft hoppiness. Clean, bright amarillo-like character with a touch of tropical fruit. Soft lingering herbal bitterness. I’m surprised I like this as much as I do.
