COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Falling from the sky like bombs of flavour come the Reindeer Droppings! Each one is sweet like California raisins, but bitter and pungent like a freshly peeled grapefruit, lip-smackingly tasty... then "pow!" it’s gone. How did that happen?

Bottle. Color is more gold than amber. Does have a very light amber tinge. Really nice head. Aroma is fruity straw. Taste is sweet upfront with a hoppy bite finish. Not bad.

Draft. Poured a light, amber color with a very small white head. Aroma was notes of sweet alcohol. Bland, sweet alcohol. Boring, some astringent notes. Tragic.

Look: pours a light Amber. Bright white head. Very clear. Smell: Apple cider. Vinegar. Light fruits. White grapes. Taste: fruity. Minimal citrus but it is there. White wine. Bitter Feel: dry. Leaves a thin film on the mouth. Medium carbonation. Overall: ok beer. Like it better than the other xmas beers from them. Just not my style of beer. But still good. First drank: home 11/30/14

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear gold with a small frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pine and grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel with light resin, grapefruit and nice light bitter finish. Good

500ml bottle into a shaker glass; served cold. Aroma: This beer has hints of vanilla, citrus, grass, and pastries. This beer’s aroma is moderately intense. Appearance: This beer has a clear, amber body with no head. This beer leaves behind light to no lacing. Taste: This beer is mildly flavored; it has grassy hop notes as well as sweet, bread-y malts. Palate: This beer is has a light+ body, and a moderately long finish that ends on light bitterness. Overall: A decent holiday beer, but if it were year-round, I doubt that I’d buy it regularly. The flavors are decent, but nothing especially stands out about this beer.

Bottled. Bought at a beer specialty store here in Bratislava. One word: great! definitely a great English amber ale. Very bitter, hoppy and a tone of dark chocolate in the finish, which is the most dominant part, where all the characteristics of this ale are unleashed. The aroma is quite low, does not promise anything, there is some malt and the raisins, but that is all. The color however is beautiful! Copper brown and clear. The hoppy aftertaste last quite long on the mouth. Overall an excellent brew in my opinion in its price and quality category.

Clean, lager-like malt aroma. Crystal clear medium yellow with a white head. The lager quality carries into the taste and then finally gets a little more earthy with a good English ale taste. Some fairly strong Noble hop bitterness kicks in and balances out the light caramel sweetness really well. Finishes dry, bitter and sweet all at the same time. This gets better with every sip and as it warms. Good English ale with a nice hoppy bite.
