Bottle. Poured the same boring color most of their other brews did, same two finger white head, too. Smells like vomit tastes. Tastes okay, maybe medium to light bodied beer. Not worth revisiting. Leave this to housewives buying this for their respective husbands come Christmas time.

"perfume like aroma a little off putting at first, but grew on me. Not a bad beer or a very good beer - a little on the boring side, as unfortunately most Ridgeway beers seem to be. Shared this one with a friend..."

11,8,8,7,13,8 - 8,40 - 23/5/13

A - 1 finger of cream colored head with nice retention. Copper/amber body with a slight haze. Tight patterns of lacing. S - Bready biscuit malt, very yeasty, fruity alcohol, faint citrus. T - Bready and malty with a dose of grassy hops upfront. Fruit breathes in through the middle along with a slightly buttery caramel malt. Finishes crisp with grassy hops and steely caramel left on the palate. M - Medium body, medium carbonation. Not really Christsmasy, this could be enjoyed anytime of year. Easy drinking and good looking. The alcohol shows up but is subtle and adds dimension. Serving type: bottle 12-11-2011
