Aroma is a mild sweet malt scent that is a little corn like. Color is a deep gold with good carbonation and almost no head. Taste is rich and sweet. Starting with a medium body it goes down smooth. Finish comes on with a sweet malt taste that comes across almost creamy and is followed by a mellow bitterness. After taste is the bitterness growing a bit then a mild alcohol feel. I like it, its a nice drinking brew.

Aug 4, 2008 Clear golden with medium white head. Sourish aroma with barnyard and woody notes notes. Sourish flavor with barnyard, hay and woody notes. Ends sour. An infection that works out pretty good.

Jul 26, 2008 Bright amber in color with a medium head. Carmel in the smell speaks to the malt that was used. Body is thin. Hasa sort of chemical taste probably from the type of hops that were used. Some caramel notes with alcohol warmth at the back of the throat.

May 29, 2008 From bottle. Light DMS, biscuit and toffee, with nice alcohol sweetness. Very little hoppy bitterness. Decent neutral fruit aroma. Golden orange-amber clear with thin off-white lacing head. Medium-heavy watery body with light to medium carbonation. Starts fairly sweet with bisuit, some toffee, and light alcoholic sweetness. Mild warming. Light bitter finish with neutral fruitiness and dry after.
