Bottle from somewhere near Kingstanding. Thin, brown. Fairly sweet malt. Some hardened biscuit, some leather, some Giant’s sweat. Average.

Pisses me off that this gets in every Asda in the country. What’s that all about. It’s simple marketing and sales. I hate PR. Stick that in Gabby’s pipe. This is very average bitter with a little sweetness in taste and a little soap in smell.

500ml bottle. Pours a slightly orange brown with minimal head. Nothing very interesting - slightly sweet bitter with nice hoppy after taste.

Bottle from Asda, dark brown with red tinge pour, foamy off white head, bready aroma, caramel taste quite sweet, light bitter, ok

Bottled 500ml. -Darker amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, mild nutty nose. Sweet malty, nutty and grainy with notes of hops and caramel. Moderate dry finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Ruby rust ale with a thin white layer. Malt and toffee and caramel nose. Bitter bite in the mouth with some light fruit, caramel and toffee as it warms in the mouth. Solid and an easy drinker.

Sweet with a bitter edge aroma, dark amber beer. Sweet flavour and slight bitter backtaste. Alright but not memorable.

It’s not bad. Nice rounded taste in the mouth, full bodied, toffee malts. Bit sweet for me. Lonely old men drinking alone in the corner of the pub, roll ups, betting slip, pint of Old Bob. Nice bitter finish.

Ruby red. Thinnish head. Malty, caramel. Coffee hints. Some bittersweet depth. Nice finish. Will buy again.
