A hazy orange beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is very light, what is there is spicy with coriander being most dominant. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol and caramel, leading to a dry end.

A Sim rate (bottle courtesy of Reakt): Very obtrusive acidic aroma. I’m sure there’s some sweet fruit under the nail polish remover exterior. Amaretto in the flavour. Tastes like a copper penny dropped into an acidic drink (OJ?)... not that I do this on a regular basis to see what it tastes like, but this is what I’d expect it to be. Harsh at first, settling into a slighty sour fruit juice. Murky blonde/amber. Decent appearance. Bit of decorative lace.

Shared this one w/ SkyCop32. Pours a hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty. Flavor is moderately sweet, highly alcoholic, citrus.

Standard Belgian tripel. Bit too sweet for my taste, I like them more bitter and grassy.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Aroma is mild yeasty but also slight chemical. Flavour is solid metallic, again. Mellow malty and yeasty blend. Ends with more of the same but also with a slight detergent note.

Bottled at home. Hazy orange coloured, fair lacing. Caramel, yeast and spices in aroma. Sweet, fruity and caramel in flavour. Weird brew.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big but not very persistent, slightly off-white frothy head. Moderately sweet malty and yeasty nose with shy notes of overripe fruits and a touch of band aid. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Pale and cara-malt character with slightly sourish fruity notes, accompanied by yeasty and hoppy spice. Sweet-bitter phenolic and slightly alcoholic finish. Definitely not one of my favourite Triples (25.V.09).
