Shared this with oldrtybastrd as many others have also been drank. This an amber color in the glass with a medium head. There was grain and fruit aromas as well as tastes coming out.

Butelka 0,3 l. Aromat słodowy, owocowy, lekko bananowy. Barwa słomkowa, lekko mętna. Piana bardzo skromna, szybko znika do zera. W smaku słodkawe, owocowe. Brak goryczki. Nasycenie średnie. Pije się jak jakiś zwietrzały kompot z lekko sfermentowanych mirabelek.

Short white head with light cereals and very light hops. Very light yellow body. Refreshing but a bit too much cereals.

Edel ist hier mal gar nix. Eher brotig und getreidig. Dazu noch etwas Weizen und vielleicht Heu. Laffes Zeug ohne Inspiration. Ein Zweites wäre trinkbar, ist aber nicht erwünscht.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit wenig Schaum. Geruch getreidig, fruchtig malzig, leicht säuerlich, so ist auch der Geschmack.

Pours out of the bottle in a hazy yellow colour with low head and thin body. Aroma of acid and grains - quite unpleasant. Taste of grains, bread, wheat, sour citrus fruits and hay. Watery and thin finish. Didn’t really enjoy it.

33cl from the Bioland shelf at local Alnatura. Very clear and clean golden with virtually no nose. Taste itself is very delicate and aromatic due to almond-, almost marzipan-like Einkorn malts beautifully accompanied by herbal, citrus hops. Sweet lemonade notes in harmony with total taste profile. Not at all bad for Bioland speciality grain.

Bottle: Hazy, golden, stable and small white foam, light sweetish fruity-grainy nose, presumably with a slight yeasty (turpentine?) touch, mild sweetish-sourish flavour, soft but very light bodied; delicate fruity-grainy finish. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit boring…

from Drinks of the World, Zürich - hazy blond-golden beer with a little foam left; wheaty aroma with light fruity tones underneath; soft palate and moderately carbonated; some sweetness and a low bitterness; banana and more corny tones in the finish yet keeping some fresh impression

Bottle from Bierzwerg!
Pours pale yellow with flat white head. Smell is malty-sweetish with some cereals. Starts malty sweet, with lots of pale malts and some fruity notes. Middle part has much more sweet fruits, cereals and some aroma hops. Goes into a sweet grainy finish with some floral hops.

Strangely as alias of Moulin des Moines Blonde Petit Épeautre. Clean yellow golden body with small white lace. Odd sweetness, lightly spiced, cereal and no hop that I can notice. Low carbonation while at least there are enough pale malts to give at least some body. Sweet base, high fermentation type. Just nothing really convinces me it’s better than anything else on the market. So it fails in total. (33cl bottle from Coop Tours Centre)
