Fresh aroma has lots of banana , wheat, yeast just bit spices. Typical large and long hefe-head. Cloudy straw yellow. Taste has sama elements as aroma , sweetish, just hint of bite from spicyness, light and easy to drink, nice fresh finish, fizzy carbonation. Nice hefe, recommended.

Bright yellow colour, big-bubbled and disappearing head. Aroma has butter and grainy malt.

Bottiglia da 50 cl. Color giallo paglierino leggermente torbido con schiuma di grana media abbastanza abbondante ma poco persistente. Scarsi i profumi con un leggero metallico che copre tutto il resto, al palato una leggera frutta secca con un eccesso di citrico che la rende abastanza stucchevole.

Bottled, 0.5 l. Pours pale honey gold colour with medium sized frothy white head and low carbonation. Yeast residue is present, too. Malty aroma with hints of vanilla and floral hops. Sour, relatively plain taste with almost no bitterness. Medium bodied with slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Slightly better than average...

0.5 l bottle from Coop store, Gradisca d’Isonzo. 5% ABV now. It poured hazy golden body with small head. Nice lemony and orange aroma, rounded with some biscuit malt. Flavor is chalky, herbal, mostly bitter, but also balanced with a little bit of honey malt. Tastes like some small brewpub helles. Thinner in body with shorter herbal finish. Nice to have some brewpub spirit at home!

Lasch malziger Antrunk, der im Mittelteil gepaart mit getreidiger Note ansprechend wird. Die säuerliche Note passe dabei weniger. Herb-malziger, deutlich getreidiger Nachgeschmack, würzig. Mildes, aber ansprechendes Helles.

Bottle. Medium high fluffy white head. Hazy amber body. Fruity nutty rather sweet aroma. Fruity sweet flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Quite refreshing though.
