Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig bitter, getreidig, grasig.

33cl, bb 02/2014. Bioland selection at local Alnatura. Upfront green aroma Hallertau hops providing ample, lingering, even harsh bitterness and making the unmistakable point this is a pilsner. Crisp "summer" malts coated with some oil, light butter. A sort of Cedar wood atringency coming to the rescue. Certainly a very fresh, natural and not one of countless lacklustre German pilsners, yet somewhat hard to love overall.

Clear straw-colored beer with lots of head that disappears quickly but leaves lacing on the glass. Not much aromas, faint grains and grass. Clear malt taste with a watery thin body and some crisp hops in the finish.

Strangely as alias of Moulin des Moines Pilsner. Light golden body with stable white head, very nice for the style. Crisp aroma, bit grassy, also a bit buttery though. Light hop. Full enough body, pleasant bitterness and soft palate, much better than expected. Eastern European taste and feel to this. Still that buttery hint, but I can forgive. Nice surprise. (33cl bottle from Coop Tours Centre)

33cl Bottle from Marqt, as Riedenburger Pilsner. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of grain, grassy herbal hops, hay, light skunky, malts. Flavour is medium-sweet, malty, grassy, light skunk, herbal bitter finish with some grass. Light-bodied. Besides the nice bitterness a very standard lager.
