Bottle 33 cl as Moulin des moines Pils, a cloudy yellow beer with good head. Aroma is sweet malty with grassy and floral hops presence, quite cereal like, interesting body. Dry grassy hops at the finish, good malty notes.

Bottle. Yellow. A little bitter, but refreshing. Not too bad really. I’d have it again.

It pours a slightly hazy light-golden color with a foamy white head.
The smell is sweet, herbal, and tropical citrusy.
The flavor is similiar, odd on the first sip though. It has an odd metallic rotten fruit paper cardboard god knows what character to it though.
This brewery has proven to be hit or miss.

Das Bier fängt vollmundig an, herbe, getreidige und malzige Aromen sind ungefähr gleich stark zu erkennen. Schade ist, das der Abgang dagegen recht wässrig ist. Vorher übernimmt das malzige Aroma die Oberhand und lässt nur noch ein wenig kräftiges hopfiges Aroma durch. Das süffige Bier gefällt durch die ausbalancierten Aromen, der Abgang wirkt dagegen zu lasch im Vergleich zum Mittelteil.

21.11.2010. 0,33l Bottle. Yellow colour with white head. Bitter beer with very distinct bitterness. Refreshing. Medium body and rather low on malt. Bitter finish and aftertaste that lasts.

Bottle in Geneva listed as Biere Bio Pur Malt Pilsner from Moulin Des Molines. Pours a clear golden hue with a large white head. The aroma is sweet fruity and honey-like malts. The flavor is smooth and unoffensive; honey, earthy malts, lots of grain. Smooth and very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy, light golden yellow color with decent white head that leaves specks of lacing. Bready malt, some hay, and earthy/herbal hoppiness in the aroma. Crackery flavors, with some nice balance to the fainter hop presence. The bitterness does come in decently in the finish. Actually, quite decent. Thinner body, with subtle carbonation. Perhaps a bit light, but to be expected for the style. Not bad.
