The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Modest turbid, huge head. Starts strong and a little bit sourish. Becomes then more and more spicy, also a bit wheaty. Finish is a little bit too dry. But still a good festbier!

Average beer. Smell was a bit rotten and was afraid of how it would taste. Not a horrible beer but not that good. Just average. Bitter at the end but not in a good way. Kind of a bad taste. May have been a bad bottle. I will have to rerate when I get another bottle just in case.

bottle, bought in Wolnzach. Hazy orange-golden colour with a large white head. Grainy-yeasty nose. Full-bodied, malty with a fruiyt touch and lots of rural flavours: barnyard, farmyard, horseblanket, lots of hay and grass. That’s not meant pejorative at all, these unusual flavours make this beer extremely interesting and fascinating. The most rural beer I’ve ever had. Unusual, but really full of flavour, a very nice beer indeed.

Bottle. Metallic dust aroma. Cloudy orange gold, low off-white cream. Peach on rusty dust. Light body, quick finish. Peachy light caramel retronasal. Fresh but not super impressive.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of bread, cooked vegetables, and some caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, vegetables, and bread, leading to a bitter spicy finish. The body is a bit thin.
