500mL bottle. Poured pale straw color with good head and small lacing, light bodied with grainy malt and light citrus hop, a refreshing enough beer but could be better with a touch more hops.

Bottle: Green glass; pours a pale yellow color with a nice white head. The nose is snappy with husk and light dusty noble hops. Metallic and bitter finish with a touch of clean biscuity malts in the back end. Ok.

Draft at Gourmet Haus Staudt. Pours hazy yellowish-golden in color with a small white head. Pretty nice sweet pale malt and grainy aroma with slight herbal hops. The flavor is more like a helles lager, not bad but missing the hops. Pale malt and grain, very bready with a light herbal hop presence. Medium-light bodied and smooth with average carbonation, fairly smooth on the palate. If you call this a pilsner, it’s not quite as hoppy as I’d like, but it would be good for a helles lager.

Bottle. Poured Pale yellow with thick white head, much lacing. Unfortunate very skunky aroma, a little malt, and more skunk. Thin body, thin flavour, a little hoppiness, Finish not bad, but not good either, Good looking, not so good tasting.
