Bottle . Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow color. Light malty and moderate hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderat bitter Nice flavor. Rich in fruity esters. Long moderate Nice bitter finish. Creamy palate. Wonderfull beer.

Hazy - murky medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, clove, yeast, fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, clove, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20130112]

Rating #806, flaske fra Toft Vin. Mærkaten siger Rieder Weissbier Bock, som iflg. Ratebeer skulle være den samme som XXX Weisse. En uklar dybgul øl med ok skum, lidt lysere i farven end forventet. Duften er fuld af gær og hvede, banan, modne frugter og lidt alkohol. Herlig frugtig smag med banan, blommer, peber, gær, hvedemalt og en smule alkohol. Lidt tyndere fylde en forventet, men også lidt lavere alkoholprocent end de fleste weizenbock. Alt i alt en ganske fornøjelig øl.

Bottle. Dirty yellow pour with minimal head. Aroma isn’t bad - mild citrus, yeast, and clove. Taste is kinda bland and flat. Pretty weak.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, fruits and hops.

Pours a murky golden with less than 1 finger head that quickly dissipates. Heavy lacing. Black particulate floating. Banana, doughy with toasted malt and grassy hops. A hint of clove. Full bodied with soft carbonation. This starts sweet and is a little sour in the finish. A touch of bitterness to counter the sweet, but this is a sweet beer. Not bad. If it wasn’t for the black particulate (this is not typical yeast appearance), it would’ve rated higher.
