Oct 8, 2009 Nice clove note, muted banana, little soured wheat. Hazy light sunset yellow. Light bodied with quite a punch of a wheaty core. Lemony edges and finishes very clean, even watery.

Jan 3, 2009 swing top bottle (500ml). -Cloudy lemon coloured, medium to big white head, wheaty and bubble gum nose. Moderaty malty and yeasty, mild wheaty and acidic lemony taste with pleasant hoppy notes and not so pronounced fruity presence. A bit watery but quite refreshing weizen.

Sep 2, 2008 Bottle, 5.0%. Milky pale yellow colour, small white head. Quite clovey flavour, and also a little sweet. Hint of bread in the aftertaste, but quite suitable.
