bread, citrus, banana, bubblegum, spruce, clove, golden, hazy, minimal head, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, light body, creamy, soft carbonation, sweet/sour finish 500 ml swing top pours a light golden. Rolling the bottle to slurry yeast for topping of produced a light tan foam. Dark yeast cascades through light gold to produce hazy finish to pour - nice presentation. Light aromas of citrus and banana/bubble gum with some bread, clove, and spruce. Taste is almost all sweetness with minor sour bitterness. Carbonation in the glass is average. Mouthfeel is creamy with a slight astringent banana and clove finish. Some sourness remains.

No burst of flavour in the banana/clove mix but they are there, and itís a refreshing beer. I usually donít care for lemon -- lemon pastries are awful -- but here the taste didnít offend, just added a bit of zip.

Pours cloudy yellow with a foamy head. Hints of lemon and citrous. I actually kind of enjoyed this beer, would be a good summer beer option.

Brown glass bottle, but not a swing top. Number of "14" stamped on the back, stated to be a "best by" date. Aside from the dark gold color and tall frothy head, this isnít very good. Dry cardboard and there is oxidation as well. Minimal wheat sugar and some very light banana. Undrinkable.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2012 Pours a nice cloudy golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Love the look except for the excessive yeast chunks. Aroma of oranges, cereal, whrat/straw & cloves. Nice soft gentle aroma. Taste is sweet wheat, yeast, banana & bit of lemon on the finish. Overall itís a nice Weiss beer.

Thankfully I have TSN classic hockey games recorded. Game 7 - Canada Cup 1987. So many mullets in the crowd. Cloudy bright gold with a large, bright foamy white cap. Sneaking early tastes and Iíve discovered this isnít quite your average weisse. Average the other way. Maybe that is because this is below average due to a unique taste and aroma that doesnít sit well. Feels good though. Nostrils: dirty orangy milky flakey cereal smell, wheat, sweet and a bit of pee not sure what this is - at least itís different. The taste is similar - why is this so different? Not a bad thing to do though. Orange, banana, dirt, filth, clove. Iíve finally accepted that there is something quite wrong here. I really donít like this at all. Iím fact I would go as far to say that I donít like you either.
