COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Das spezielle Sudverfahren, die individuell gezüchtete Hefe und eine äußerst kalte Angärung läßt Alkohol erst gar nicht entstehen.

Very clear pour with a touch of yellow. Very weak head and little lacing. This had the standard low alcohol bitterness and off taste to it.

bottle from biershop-bayern.de. Clear, pale yellow colour, large white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Light-bodied, good malty background with a rather nice and convincing hop profile. Grassy-resiny, green and fresh. Very nice for an alcohol-free beer.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear yellow-golden body is topped by a small, white head. The aroma has a solid amount of bready grains as well as some fruity hops, but it’s still too much on the grainy side. It’s thin on the palate, pleasantly carbonated. The flavor is pretty much like the aroma, not much bitterness detected, but there’s a metallic touch in the finish. Not my preferred drink, that’s for sure, but it’s not bad either. 110320

MoritzF (8402) - Bochum, GERMANY - OCT 11, 2010
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Sweetish malty nose with notes of cooked carrots and shy herbal hops in the background. Initially sweet malty flavour with distinctive notes of cooked vegetables (sweet carrots), moderately carbonated mouthfeel; sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish, which covers the veggie taste a bit. There are worse beers like that out there. 05.X.10

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is grass, grains, some sweet malts, mild mashlike notes as well as some herbal and cardboardy notes. Flavour is being quite much the same with a quite hayish finish.

rauchbier (3596) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - FEB 14, 2007
Bottle, gold, thin white head and moderate condition. Worty grain and a low chemical note in the nose, sweet and worty in the mouth with a gentle background hop bitterness, lingering bitter finish with more worty notes. Almost like they forgot to add the yeast.
