Bottle at RBESG 2014. It pours cloudy golden with a small white heads. Suspended particles.. The nose is creamy, grassy, citrus peel, icing sugar and sherbet. The taste is crisp, foamy, doughy, orange peel, grapefruit, honey and brioche with a dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Decent enough.

Not bitter but very fruity pale ale. The tastes reminds me of oranges, peaches and pears. Nice thick foam with a bright amber color.

10,12,11,12,13,1 - 11,70

2x66cl bottles, both bb03/2015 courtesy of bastarda and oldmanriver@TriState Tasting II. Rich amber pour, rich lively white cap. Oddly one bottle had a soggy body, with orange zest and mango sitting atop apple sauce and apricot mousse textures, while the 2nd bottle had this in a near-perfect crisper version: dry biscuit malts with a fruitier (wheat) accents laying the basis for a finely tuned balance of elegant DE hops and quite expressive and crisp Simcoe. - Most impressive single-purpose experiment of the BierManufaktur series so far, fit for sessioning.
