3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm.
Great beer! Deep, hazy yellow colour with big steady foam. Lots of want we want here. Fruity esters and solid phenols. Mouthfeel is juicy, yet herbal. Lots going on. Big body with juicy maltiness and slight astringency in mouthfeel, but that may pass due to the fantastic maltiness. Really tasty beer from all perspectives!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught@Monks Cafe, Sveavägen, Stockholm. Hazy yellow colour, big creamy white head, leaves good lace. Aroma is wheat, herbs, yeast and some mild notes of rubber. Flavour is wheat, banana, mild hebs and some yeastyness. Wellbalanced wheatbeer, but nothing special.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
draught at Monks on Sveavägen. Has a weak taste of foam banana. Crisp and refreshing taste. Very smooth taste but there is something missing. Its not as good as several other wheat beers on the market. Although not bad either. It just feels like there is a lacking ingredient. Or maybe it just needs more of everything.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy, almost cloudy dark yellow appearance with a fluffy dissapearing white foam. Over-riped banana, cloves and vanilla in the aroma with very subtle notes of citis and grass. Smooth wheaty flavour of almond, over-riped banana and cloves. Mild but still solid finish of banana, hay and almonds. Quite wellmade example but still, a bit streamlined.

(Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm 10 Oct 2007) Pale yellow colour with frothy white head. Citric, slightly lactic nose with notes of lemon. Citric taste with lemon, banana and a discreet, slightly lactic wheat character. Balanced sweetness. Rather strained weissbier, not as fruity as usual. Refreshing.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle conditioned, hazy lemon yellow, moderate lasting white head and good condition. Gentle lemon citrus and sweet banana notes in the nose, citrus lingers into the mouth with a hint of chalkiness and more sweet banana. Some lingering phenol and clove in the aftertaste along with a slight yeasty bitterness.
