COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draught. Hazy pale yellow body, with a huge, rocky, white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate malty aroma with notes of banana and citrus. Maybe some apple. Moderate sweet flavour with a strong acidic note. Light-to-medium body with a oily texture; lively carbonation; astringency in the finish. Acceptable hefeweizen.

Beer tasted under artificial, coloured light, Appearance marks average = 4. Draught Clove, bit of meaty esters, and rhubarb at the end - bit of lemon too, after some time. Fruity, with mainly citric flavours, and certainly less meaty than the nose suggested; however, bit lactic around the tonguesides. Spritzy MF, medium bodied. Typical Weizen.

Draught at Monk’s Café - Wallingatan, Stockholm
Muddy blond color; creamy head. Spicy aroma, dirty water too. Dry mouthfeel, light wheat and banana flavor, quite watery mouthfeel. Useless.

Draught at Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Great beer! Deep, hazy yellow colour with big steady foam. Lots of want we want here. Fruity esters and solid phenols. Mouthfeel is juicy, yet herbal. Lots going on. Big body with juicy maltiness and slight astringency in mouthfeel, but that may pass due to the fantastic maltiness. Really tasty beer from all perspectives!
