COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
13.8° Plato.

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, modest turbid, nice head. Starts malty, a bit grasy-moldy, but not too much. More and more spicy, a bit metallically. Not bad!

Bottle. Golden, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel - bread and light roasted malt with light barnyard. Body is medium, malty - lightly wheaty and sweetish, some caramel and light bread, faint sourness Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and light bread, light sourness and faint hoppyness. Sourish kellerbier with caramel/bread - this one is not for me.
