3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz. bottle from my secret santa umich03jm. Thanks man! Pours a hazed orange color with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, baby aspirin. Flavor is focused on citrus and pine, mildly bitter, very flavorful. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes bitter. This is a nice, interesting IPA. I enjoyed it.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
A little floral mixed with the hop nose. Some citrus on the tip of the tongue with earthy notes. Hops linger with a bough bitter on the palate. Nice all around.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Growler: thanks, Jason! Super hazy & yeasty looking goldenrod colored body with a quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma is dripping with wet hoppage; slightly dank & leafy with big notes of tropical fruit peels & some grapefruit pith hidden in the back. Mild, faint green onion-y notes. Taste is, again, a mouth full of nice, wet hops - small bitterness throughout, but makes for an easy drinker. Leaves, light pine, & a tropical mango & orange combo. Little bit of grapefruit peeks through still. More citric than tropical finish, actually. Mild light malt presence, just enough to be a solid backbone. Very nice IPA, one of the more enjoyable things I’ve had from Right Brain.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
pours amber with a white head that dissipates quickly leaving a nice lacing on my glass.quite a bit of sediment is floating in my snifter. aroma is pine, grapefruit, pineapple and orange. flavor is very soft compared to other i.p.a.s and extremely well balanced between the citrus flavors. hops is center stage here but once again very well balanced with the citrus and malt. medium bodied, medium carbonation, oily mouthfeel and finishes with a pleasant resinous dryness. very nicely done.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sample at Right Brain. Pours a clear gold with aromas of pine and pineapple. Flavor is crisply hopped and resiny with a nice malt preened the doesn’t get in the way and allows the hops to shine.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber. Pours a cloudy amber color with a small head that quickly fades to a ring. Aroma is sweet, juicy citrus mixed with pine and light caramel. Taste is nice and juicy citrus but more toned down than I expected. Light bitterness. Some caramel in the finish, pretty smooth. Solid IPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber bottle from Champanes, label reads 6.2% alc.,
this ale had a copper pour with a touch of haze and presented a one finger head that was white, the cover receded to a thin layer and ring, as I poured towards the end of the bottle the beer got hazier, it left some nice spots of lacing on the glass, there was a thin film of medium brown colored sediment on the bottom of the bottle,
the nose was piney and lemon citrus hops with light quava fruit and other tropical fruit notes, some toasted malt that took a back seat to the hops and little to no malt sweetness,
it had flavors of piney and citrus hops, light malt, some light fruit, and the finish had a pretty good hop bitterness that lingered for a while,
this drink felt pretty light on the palate and it had soft carbonation,
a hoppy ale with a light malt nose, the flavor was the same, a light bodied IPA with a bunch of hops to kick your taste buds around
(there was a lot of hops in this beer), hop heads will like it.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 9/18/2013. Pours moderately hazy and cloudy orange amber color with a 2 finger dense cream colored head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of orange zest, lemon zest, tangerine, mango, peach, pineapple, floral, grass, light pine, light caramel, bread, and floral earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good complexity of hop notes with a moderate malt balance; and good strength. Taste of big orange zest, tangerine, lemon zest, mango, pineapple, peach, floral, grass, light pine, light caramel, bread, and floral earthiness. Fair amount of pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, citrus zest, mango, pineapple, peach, floral, grass, light pine, light caramel, and bread on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity of citrus/tropical hop flavors; with a moderate malt balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a highly excellent single hop IPA! All around awesome complexity of hop flavors with a moderate malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.
