>> Hazy straw pour, good foam, dwindles down quickly. Lightly funky nose, pomelo, baby powder, sourdough. Really nice lactic and biscuity body, mild baby powder, subdued funk, fresh grapefruit, zest, extremely juicy. Mild sweet cream butter, fluffy biscuit, pomelo, bright. Refreshing. Love.

Hazy dark yellow with a small ring of white head. Wheat, funk, grass, hay, hints of tart citrus. Smoke character is subtle, emerging distantly in the flavor. Lemon and meon finishing with a graceful note of campfire smoke. Light bodied with a puckering note in the finish. Easy drinking with ample flavor and complexity. Very nice.

12 oz pour on draft shared by Travlr at Right Proper, thanks Gene! Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tart acidic notes, citrus. Tastes of acidic and tart notes, light vinegar, stone fruit, floral. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Didn’t really get the smoke.

Pretty neat beer. Never had one of these before. A tangy Berliner weisse with a light trace of smoke. Pours hazy yellow with good head and lacing. Citrus and apricot. Some bretta and lactobacillis. Tap at brewpub.

This was a great surprise, to see this style of beer on Saint Patrick’s Day. Draft, shared with nate2g and GenDV138. Hazy to cloudy yellow color, white head. Nice aroma of bright citrus, very subtle smoke only as it warmed. Taste is subdued smoulder with light tart lemon. Delicious.
