COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our medium-bodied, aromatic, dry-hopped pale ale is loaded with lush and tropical hop character. Not quite an IPA, but more pungent than a typical pale ale. Juicy with aromas of citrus and stone fruit.

2015-03-03. Lightly hazy orange body nice foamy off white head and lace. Aroma is nice with floral hops, some light vegetation and fruit notes. Flavour is similar up front but gains more green hops and a light tea like note as you go. Average bodied palate, smooth soft carbonation. Okay. On tap at Right Proper, Washington DC.

On draft at Right Proper. Pours a hazy light orange with lasting white head that left moderate lacing. Aroma is hops in the form of sweet tropical fruit with malt followup. Flavor is same with pronounced hop attitude. Medium bodied, bright carbonation, sweet malty finish. Delicious. From notes 9/29/14.

On draft at Right Proper. The beer is yellow and fairly hazy with an inch of white head. Cracker, malt aroma with some tropical fruit in there as well. Similar flavor, with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Minimal bitterness, considering the style. Solid.

Draft at the Brewery This was tasted on June 21. The APA poured a clear amber with a foamy head. There was lacing down the glass with citrus on the nose. This is a well balanced ale. There is the taste of various fruits; peach and apricots mostly. The medium body ale had average carbonation. This was our first visit to Right Proper Brewing Company. I had two of pints with dinner it was so good. The finish was smooth, clean and balanced.

>> Clear orange, good foam. Stale, dusty, sweet strawberry nose. Taste is dusty, dry, papery, not so great. Must be a stale keg.

A better than average IPA. Nice tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor and aroma. Medium bodied. Tried at the brewery with Messa in 2014.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2014
Location: Draft at Right Proper, 5/24/14

Aroma: This one has a clean and hoppy nose, with some fruit and yeast to it
Appearance: It pours a murky orange color, with a white head, and some spotty lace
Flavor: Clean and lightly bitter, fresh flavor, with a nice yeast component
Palate: It has a light/clean feel, average carbonation, and a mid-dry finish
Overall Impression: Tasty stuff. There’s a consistency to the flavor/yeast profile of all the Right Proper beers I tried that works really nicely.
