Puha, krémes habbal a tetején csordogál poharába a a főzet. Erőteljes, kissé szúrós szagú, fanyar élesztő uralja a képet, mely mögött egy igen élénk, csípősen savanykás, lényegében számottevő utóíz nélküli test húzódik.

Bottle. Pours very clear golden with a small, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has metal, maize, esters, malts, light grass. Medium to low carbonation, oily and fat mouthfeel. Flavour has sweetness, quite warming viniousness, a tad boozy, apple schnapps, malty, some Belgian sugar. Short, rather sharp finish. Blah.

from Morteau, France - clear dark golden beer with a modest foam left; estery and sweetish fruity aroma; very sweet and full-bodied, light spicy and acidic; lot of residual sweetness and more estery fruity tones

Blond orange with a little cloud. Finger of white dense head. Nose of malt a little bubble-gum an some bitter hops. Malty up front, bitter hops, surprising honey sweetness on the finish. Feels like it’s missing the whole yeast profile that makes Belgian beers great. Alright beer but...

From a bottle. Pours clear light gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like raisin, grapes, pears, honey, pretty sweet with light dryness. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like dry honey, cracker malt, pear and grapes.

When you play Kubb World Cup it is allowed to drink, and I thought this would kill off my opponent. After reading about the beer before pouring it out, I planned to give him most of it. That did not happened. Ehhh what a pleasant surprise. Lovely golden color with a fine white head. Nice pleasant fruity and mild banana in the nose. No horrible rice sweetness and no alcohol….ehh wrong beer? Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Lovely smooth and tasty flavor. Malty, fruity and some banana. Well it is from a can so the content cannot have been changed. A really lovely and tasty Belgian Strong Ale. Recomendable!
[Can from Cathrine bought in Nice]

Bottle poured. Golden body with a medium fluffy white head. Bready aroma with faint nutty smell. Light body. Begins and finishes faintly bitter.
