Pale gold, almost clear beer with a fluffy, white head. Aromas of apples and some spices. Tastes of candy sugar, rice/wheat, some banana, and lots of apple flavors. A bit too citric and sweet, kind of like an apple cider. Sweet, boozy finish. Effervescent with lively carbonation. Refreshing brew. While it is not a bad beer it does not represent the style too well. Average.

Meh. This is not a bad beer, I’d say it’s trying to be a good belgian one, but it fails shortly to deliver something really pleasant to me. Alcohol level is interesting, but too present in mouth in my opinion. I can’t really enjoy this beer for that specific reason. Aftertaste is not especially remarkable, once again, a strong alcohol feeling all the way, but not much more, it tends to surprise you however considering its surprisingly drinkable beside the average taste, so watch out. You might like it, it’s not bad, especially if you enjoy strong beers, but it’s definitely not my cup of tea. PARTIALLY APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW!

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. clear deep gold colour lasting white head. sweetish Belgian ale aroma. It’s fine. A standard Belgian ale. No faults. Some hop some sweetness. It’s fine. Nothing exciting but perfectly drinkable. Would happily drink it.

A decent Belgian blonde. Pours an ugly clear yellow. Smells of lemongrass and herbs. Taste is lemon, citrus and wheat and herbs. Paired with sushi, very good, brings out a sweetness and plums. Had in the bottle.

330ml bottle @ Estaminet de la Longue Croix, Hondeghem. Pours clear gold with medium white head. Lightly sweet yeast aroma. Fairly easy-going, lightly sweet Belgian bonde. Not a lot going on but nice enough.
