Pale gold, almost clear beer with a fluffy, white head. Aromas of apples and some spices. Tastes of candy sugar, rice/wheat, some banana, and lots of apple flavors. A bit too citric and sweet, kind of like an apple cider. Sweet, boozy finish. Effervescent with lively carbonation. Refreshing brew. While it is not a bad beer it does not represent the style too well. Average.

Clear blond colour. It is a typical creamy malty Belgian blond. Quite sweet with light bitterness in the finish.

Bottle 330 ml from small supermarket in Paris. Pours yellow with small white head. Sweetish malty flavor. Fruits and alcohol can be tasted as well.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours pale golden yellow, nice and well-maintained head. Aromas of straw, yeast esters and cereal. Tripel-ly. Taste is slightly sweet. Finishes clean enough though. Not bad.

Do not be fooled by the appearance of this beer and its pig as shield. The taste is really good and this beer is perfect to accompany pan-fries and a hearty meal and good fats.

@ Amerasia / Covington KY --- Cloudy light amber, head settles to a good cover, no lace. Taste is slightly sour caramel malt. Citrus and fizz jazz things up in the palate, moving on to a smooth easy going malt finish. Taste doesn’t match the 8.5% abv, but it is smooth.
