Nose has some light apple, a bit of spices. This is more pronounced on the palate, which is white wine like in its crisp dryness and only minor sweet pear and apple notes accentuated by pepper. Overall, a lighter drinking beer than the style or ABV would imply; I kind of think my score undersells the beer a bit, but its just not robust enough to merit higher marks.

50 cl can. Funny artwork. Pale amber with medium head. Not to complex and drinkable.Citrus and malt flavour.A friend of mine from Rennes told me that a lot of people in Bretagne drink this beer cause is a cure for hangover ( I fail to understand that)

Pours clear darker golden color, topped with a decent white head. Aroma is pretty obvious, mostly malty with yeasty notes, perhaps some fruity notes way in the back. Taste is sweet and malty, yeasty with moderate bitterness. Not bad, but still not what I’d prefer.

Can - thin pale amber with small white head, medium carbonation. Lemony - fruity aroma. Bit of a ting on tongue and in mouth. Taste lemony but canny and a bit sweet. Not brilliant.

On tap @ somewhere in Lille, FR. Color: clear golden blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: caramel, sweet malt and alcohol notes. Taste: very sweet, malt domination and caramel finish. Not very nice palate, alcohol finish. Aftertaste: sweet caramel.

@Llagostera, Spain 2015, Yeah first beer of my vacation and i pulled a Belgian beer... :( . pours clear golden with a white frothy head, Aroma of coriander, citrus, sweet malt, Belgian yeast.
Full flavor at first sip; soft andmouth-filling co2, Belgian yeast, fairly sweet, malts, light fruity, slightly bitter, moderate body. Bottle from the Wine Palace in Platja d’Aro...... in the meanwhile slashed by tiger mosquitoes.... fuckers...

My "copain" brought me one back from his trip to France... Wish he hadnt. The first swig was pretty "interesting", then all down hill from there. Reminds me of Kabukicho a bit... Not complete #SHIT

A blonde beer with a white head. A nice hoppy Belgian Strong style ale. No spicy sting but seems to edge towards Duvel territory. A bit of bread in the malts. Nice stuff.

Cerveja provada em lata, sendo assim as notas de aroma e aparência podem não representar a realidade. Alto teor alcoólico, característico das strong ales, porém muito perceptível, o que atrapalha o paladar.

33cl in a neat Rince Cochon glass, at the La Terrasse des Remparts bar in Lille (France, 29 V 2015). This Belgian brew is a contract beer for the French beer market. The bottle beer I got looked like a beautifully served, refreshing draught beer. The presentation - appearance, colour, glassware - is very appealing, yet a bigger longer lasting head would make the beer score better. Beautiful, hazy amber to golden coloured liquid with, as mentioned, little white foam on top. Perfect balance between a malt and a hops nose. The taste is nothing wonderful, but definitely decent. The carbonation is medium, the alcohol is rather powerful. It made me somehow think of Moortgat’s Duvel. I can digg the sweetness, a bit above average for such a brew. For me: A nice medium bodied strong ale, flawlessly balanced as well. You can drink a few of these on one evening, before getting bored or wasted.
