Pretty much a kit attempt at a Helles, poured the correct way, looked good and had the normal taste profile. Just seemed to lack the love in it’s creation.

Tap from the source, an intensely golden body with a lightly lacing white head. Nice, pure malt nose. Medium body is quite malty, light citrus and plenty of sunshine. Good (maybe even very good for volume drinking), firm, and unyielding without being too much.

From tap at the restaurants biergarten. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is slight grassy and mild cornish. Sweet, cornish and bitter. Slight grassy.

Draught @ Alt-Ringlein, Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Vaguely metallic and very grainy flavor. Crisp and refreshing hop flavor. Smooth and quite dry end. Good.

Straw colour. Herbal hop aroma. Light pale malt character. Balanced, lightly appley. Decent beer, but imperfect.

Draught as Ringlas Pils. Clear golden colour. Nice stable white head. Mild fruity flavour. Quite fizzy. Hint of metal in the finish. Tastes a bit macro.

Draft @ Ringlein, billed as "pils." Clear glassy, so pale it’s almost clear. Stable white head. Mild bland but clean aroma of plywood and straw. quaffable and watery palate. Metallic, like sipping steel. However, unoffensive.

Draught: Pale golden, lacy stable white foam; moderate grainy-strawy nose, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; sourish-strawy finish. Not very pleasant.......

Draught at Alt Ringlein, Bamberg. Clear deep golden, small head. Fruity and lightly grassy. Medium sweet with rounded moutouthfeel. Drinker-friendly with dortmunder-like fruity malt. Some caramel and grassy hops as well as a light touch of minerals. Finishes with medium bitterness.

Draught @ Alt-Ringlein. Clear yellow / amber color with a fizzy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
