Aug 15, 2008 Draught at Alt Ringlein, Bamberg. Clear deep golden, small head. Fruity and lightly grassy. Medium sweet with rounded moutouthfeel. Drinker-friendly with dortmunder-like fruity malt. Some caramel and grassy hops as well as a light touch of minerals. Finishes with medium bitterness.

Apr 10, 2007 Draught @ Alt-Ringlein. Clear yellow / amber color with a fizzy fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
