Draft @ brewkettle: Clear amber color with an off white head. Aroma, Rye and pale malts. Flavor some rye caramel and a light bitterness. Not quite as hoppy as I would have liked. But it was pretty solid. Re-rate: lots of bright rye spiciness, and citrus hops. Probably a fresher batch as there was a very nice bitterness to it on the finish this time.

Tap at the brewkettle - Pours amber with a short white head. Citrus aroma with some spice over caramel malts. I could also pick up the rye in the nose. Flavor is rye, caramel, and citrus hops. Chewy palate with a bitter and crisp finish.

On tap the Brew Kettle in Strongsville, OH. Clear amber with a small white head. Light spicy aroma. Medium, body with a lsightly resinous mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Caramel balnced by peppery spice and some burnt orange transitions to a long bitter finish.

Sample at the brewpub: Pours a light orange-amber color with a thin light beige head, and thin rings of lacing. The aroma consists of hops and rye. Medium, soft body, with a flavorful mix of hops, rye and citrus. The finish is hoppy with hints of citrus and nuts lingering. Pretty good all around.

Tap at brewpub. Reddish golden color, lots of hops with a spicy rye taste. Nice drinkin’ beer.
