On tap @ Brew Kettle: Light amber w/ a lasting white head. Fairly heavy wheat malt aroma @ first with some spicy hop that follows. Very clean. Some hints of woodiness as it warms. Well balanced and clean. Light herbal hop in the finish & aftertaste. Clean wheat flavor. Herbal hop becomes a little more assertive as it warms but remains well balanced with hints of maple flavor and woodiness in the lightly bitter aftertaste. Low medium carbonation, smooth m/f, medium body. Very nice American wheat as far as they go. Some depth from the maple sap gives this one a little more complexity than your straight standard Am. Wheat.
