Very very nice. Beautiful crystal clear gold liquid supporting a pure white head. Aroma is very hoppy and pilsener-like. So far so good. Light body, good maltiness supporting a strong clean hoppy finish. I could easily make this a regular beer in my fridge, if I could find it.

I loved drinking this stuff in the Aker Brygge in Oslo, where it was served ice cold with a Norwegian smile. Nice maltiness with a pleasantly light hop overtone. Not trappist ale--but a great pounding beer.

Bottle at home in London - big thanks to Katya for bringing this back from her holidays! Pours clear yellow, highly effervescent with a small, white foam head. Sweet cereal grains in the nose, hints of biscuits and straw. Light to medium sweet flavor, some dried grains, cereal, faint lemon and metal, low bitterness, some dry white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly crisp to finish, further dry cereal, mild hay bitterness. Not bad.

For being a Scandinavian pilsner, its good. A little typical standard megabrew, but nice and drinkable on a hot day, and by far the pilsner closest to pilsener origin from Norway

hmm, I guess my palate was struggling when I tasted this beer becasue I found it to be much better than the average rating. Either that, or it was due to the fact that it was butt hot and just about anything would have tasted good.

A light and golden bear. Bitter. Not the best beer in the world, but popular among norwegians.

Thanks to Akevitt for sharing. Not bad at all. Gold color and white head. Solid grainy nose with no metal or skunk. Similarly grainy body with a faint metallic finish.

A cheep but decent beer coming from Norway. :) Fairly good taste, sightly bitter and mild.

Can@Norway. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is lightly dry and malty, and the flavour is bitter and dry. Overall a very average yeasty and dry lager.
