2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Big offwhite shiny head. Coppery body. Clean apple aroma with grassy hop notes. Sweetish apple and grain taste. Clean, soft mouthfeel. Faint fruity notes. Dry grassy metallic grain aftertaste with traces of hops. Not at all bad. Probably the best pale lager from Ringnes. (0.5l can from Meny.)

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can. OK spicy hop aroma. Clear dark golden colour. The flavour is slightly watery, but OK spicy. A little grainy in the finish, but better than expected.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Can: Translucent golden, a little orangish, large frothy white head, light carbonation, lighter lacing. Typical wet straw and hay on the nose. Much the same on the tongue, perhaps even a little cardboard. Exactly what I expected. Moderate body and mouthfeel. Lingering wet straw/hay on the finish. Very soft finish. Only problem with this one is that its like every other pale lager/pilsener type produced in Norway.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Slightly more caramel color and a fuller, more bready taste then the standard Ringnes. But it is in no way outstanding. Bittersweet finish, an hint of boiled sweets.
