Bright brown-red, very clear, looks a bit like cranberry juice when seen at the right angle. Nose rich, full, very scotchy. Nicely malty, scotch character continues. Peaty, earthy, nice and full, strong caramel malt character as well.

Faint aromas of grains, amber malts and herbs. Brownish copper with a one finger size foam. Subtle bitter hops upfront with a pleasant brown sugar, maple, candied caramel and sweet honey malt base. Overall, pretty basic flavor but smooth and enjoyable.

12oz bottle (5.6% ABV) - pours pale amber with offwhite head and thin lacing. Nose is floral and herbal. Flavor adds caramel. Taste is moderately bitter with an underlying sweetness. think flying through tall grass with your mouth open minus the scrapes. Interesting.
