3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours the colour of burnt golden syrup without much head but with some malt and banana on the nose. Sweet and malty to taste with a gentle but all-encompassing bitterness. Some fruity notes and just a touch of sherry too which complement the other flavours, but just a touch watery and flat.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pint from the brewpub, nice clear copper with a minimal kaki lacing, but thatís just how they fill up the glasses in the UK. Nose of caramel, malts, bread, biscuits, some light hops. Taste of medium bitterness, medium sweetness, sugar and sweet malts, bread, biscuit malts, some nuts, tastefull however a bit one dimensional, soft carbo, long bitterness in the aftertaste and some burnt caramel, weak body.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught, pint. With crisp aromas, its golden orange colour is appetising, together with its mostly lasting, thick tan head. Nice malty flavours, becoming more toasted through the finish, caramel and a subtle touch of hops. Oily, but slightly creamy too. Long finish. No complaints.
