12 oz bottle. Amber beer, thin white head. Light caramel wiht a heavy dose of cherry fruitiness in the nose. Sweet UK-types of molts. Flavour is good, sweet combination of malts and cherry esters. A bit of lingering herbal bitterness. Decent enough, if a bit simple. Somewhat too sweet.

355mL. Rating #500 for this beer! The pour is a clear golden amber with a healthy, sheen, creamy off-white head. Nice retention and big lace. Nose up front is old toffee and Worcestershire sauce. As it warms the nose is just 100% red apples. Maybe cinnamon baked apples...almost to the point where it smells like cider or mulled apple cider. Taste up front has that Worcestershire oddity plus a little soapy and bitter baked red apple skins. Very bitter apple skins. Finish is wildly soapy and very bitter with metals and iron. Not bad per se but very odd. Much better than I expected given that it is a low abv English beer contracted brewed at Shipyard.

600 beers with no end in sight. On draught in the terminal of the Orlando airport. One of the more entertaining names for a beer I have seen lately. Pours a light amber color with a thin white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is malty with a nice fruit bouquet. Buttery caramel malt flavor was nicely sweet over a medium body. Very light hops in the finish. Not too complex but solid.

Bottle. Golden amber, small creamy off white head. Toasty malt aroma, yeasty character, light grassy-chlorophyll notes. Flavour has a moderate bitterness to it, and a tangy toasty malt bite. Bit of a yeasty character underneath, light caramel malt and toffee. Lingering bitter finish. Smooth but average palate. Decent but not entirely satisfying.

Thanks to obeygiant for this one. Pours dark straw/orangish. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus, slight honey. Tastes malty, with a nice caramel, honeyish finish, along with some finishing hops. Solid, firm mouthfeel.

Bottle. Berry/apple malt and light pepper hops aroma. Clear amber color with moderate head and very nice lacing. Smooth apple and raspberry malt flavor with moderate hops finish. Has a nice mouthfeel - llike a handpumped ale that is usually absent from US ales. Good stuff.

This is my first ESB. Comes in a 12 fluid ounce bottle with a cool looking twist-off cap. Can’t tell about the best by date, I hope it is Aug 7 09 and not Aug 2007. Pours with a nice 2 finger head into my pint glass, with a dark amber body. Smell is a bit peculiar, I have not come across this scent before. Smells bitter, with some malt and paper scent. The taste is a bit watery, with some astringency. This one isn’t very full on flavor, mostly just nothingness. Not sure what to think of this beer, it definitely tastes English and it definitely is unique. I didn’t really enjoy it though.

Bottled. Poured clear, brighter orange with a creamy beige head. The aroma picked up bready and fruity notes with herbal and orange peel accents. The flavor found sweet honey and bready notes at the core, with orange peel and spiced fruity notes around.. finished tangy over sweet malt. Lighter-bodied with moderate carbonation on the palate.. smooth feel on the middle with good transitions.. solid stuff.

Pours a clear deep bronze copper with a half-inch off-white head. Aroma has some earthy caramel and light butterscotch with a touch of English hops. Body starts with a bittersweet, dry, maltiness revealing some diacetyl before a lightly sticky, bitter finish. An ok bitter that would probably be better were it really brewed in the UK.
