   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 4/5   TASTE 2/10   PALATE 1/5   OVERALL 4/20
EtTuCthulhu (1035) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - NOV 16, 2013
The beer has a clear golden color with a slight orange tint to it with a barely there white head, and the aroma blends a sweet yeast, bread malts, and a hint of booze quite nicely. The taste is quite sour, a touch sweet, and quite hard to drink, and the palate combines a medium body, oily texture, and a flat carbonation. But the finish is even worse; it is truly the worst part of this beer. Just awful tasting.

tectactoe (1724) - Michigan, USA - OCT 16, 2013
Bottle: deep amber & golden color with mild clarity; thick looking with minimal head. Aroma is downright awful... Rubbing alcohol, musk, mold, onion, sweet corn, dirty grains, wet cardboard. This thing smells like shit. Tastes like shit too. Absolute puke; abundant sweetness from the malt. Cloying, abrasive, sticky, sickeningly sweet corn flavor with intensely hot & burning alcohol. Heavier than lead on the palate. Couldn’t finish this one. May not deserve a "1" in appearance, but I have to give this beer the lowest score possible. It is - by far - the worst thing to ever pass through my lips.

Fredis23 (481) - Hickory Hills, Illinois, USA - SEP 8, 2013
Dark Amber Color, Medium Head, lasted a minute or two, left a couple of strings of Lacing. Sweet Malt, Yeast, Booze Aroma.... Somewhat reminds me of a Belgian Yeast... Sweet Malt, Syrupy, Burned Sugar, Yeast, Slight Alcohol burn. 12% ABV was scaring me, but it was hiding it well, making it feel much lighter. Smoother and easier to drink than anticipated. Not sure of its purpose, but it is drinkable and it is not terrible or horrific. Then again, By no means it is good and enjoyable. Cool Label. Not my thing, so I’d say pass it...

Chudwick (2106) - Cincyucky, Kentucky, USA - AUG 16, 2013
500ml bottle - pours a beautiful gold to deep gold with offwhite head and next to no head. Nose is grainy and floral. Flavor adds caramel, booze, candy sugar, and toast. Sweet as can be. dry finish. Borders on harsh. Becoming a sipper. Burns on the way down the tubes after a few sips.Honey aftertaste. Obviously, neat label.

16.9 fl oz bottle purchased at Lukas in Kansas City, Missouri. L.95948 stamped on the back of the label. The pour is clear golden with with a ˝ inch white head that fell pretty quickly. The aroma is strong malt sweet, hay, and an odd green pepper vegetable aspect. The taste is big chemical sweet, followed close behind with vegetal, and then turning to more of the chemical sweetness. Big sweet alcohol booze is overpowering in the long finish. The palate is medium to heavy bodied, low carbonation, and the sweet alcohol booze. Yuck.

bob_w (294) - new york, New York, USA - JUL 10, 2013
The beer had a hazy copper-gold color and poured out with a reasonable head, which dissipated quickly. It had a sweet cotton-candy aroma with some malt notes -- but the main aroma was unquestionably alcohol. The first taste sensation was a sharp acidic note followed by a bitter alcohol flavor, with some sweetness underneath, though dominated by the harsh alcohol flavor. The beer becomes more bitter as it warms, but it’s alcohol bitter, not hops bitter. It fades to a dull, astringent aftertaste that unpleasantly sticks on the tongue. Alcohol. Someone had posted elsewhere on-line that this should be classified as an "imperial malt liquor", which pretty accurately nails it. It’s pretty disgusting. If your aim is simply to get wasted, you’re probably better off drinking mouthwash.

Bottle. Ok, not the best beer ive had but not the worst. Mostly grains with a thick boozy feel. Decent bit of heat on the finish. Meh.

madvike (2696) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Bottle shared by jmagnus87..."thanks" Josh! - Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Nose is a bit boozy, sweet and malty with lots of graininess. Taste is grainy and bready, with a bit of heat on the finish. Aggressive yeastiness. Slick and thin in the mouth. Surprisingly not horrible.

500ml bottle. Vicious, disturbing aroma. Fuesel disgusting aroma. Ridiculously bad. The taste is better than the aroma. If it were 18%, it would be a little more forgivable. Schnaps-ish, malty though, sweet. Probably not meant for human consumption.

Sampled at TWCP Beer Fest 2013. It poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. The aroma was malty with lemon and some alcohol. The taste was of caramel, honey, lemon, ginger with a boozy finish. Just ok.
