2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pour from 16.9 oz bottle. Copper amber brew with small head that quickly fades. Aroma of mineral water, sweet malt, ethanol. Taste is sweet malt, sweet alcohol, a little toast and a feeble hoppiness that tries to emerge but fades midway through the swallow. Dominated by malty sweetness, but at lest malty sweetness and not corn....

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
A definite sweetness to the aroma with a bit of malt liquor flavor as well. This is okay. The flavor is enough to just drown the alcohol, but it’s an intense battle. Okay.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a 2 finger white head that settles very quickly and leaves no lacing behind. Aroma is cheap grains and mild hops. Taste is big malty sweetness with a mild hop bitterness. Much like the high ABV malt liquors in North America and not very enjoyable at all.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle at the TURD tasting. Amber with a thin off white head. Toffee and honey sweetness, light herbal notes, and light bready notes. Not awful.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle I brought to Max’s for the Turd Tasting. Pours a golden body. The only thing worth mentioning is that the beer really wasnt as bad as I anticipated, which I guess is always nice.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
16.9 oz bottle. Forgot about this one. Aroma is malty sweet with a little funk. Pours clear copper with a fast-disappearing beige head that collapses into a ring of big-bubbly foam. Taste is malty sweet, just bordering on cloying--which I’m sure it will get if I don’t drink it quick enough. Carbonation is average, seems to leave a film on the roof of the mouth. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. But I got Lithuania.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled on 4/6/2012. This strong lager pours a medium copper amber color from a 500ml bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet with some orange. A medium bodied strong lager. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of orange and some honey, maybe some corn as well. The hops are herbal and earthy. Mild carbonation. A touch on the sweet side, but not as bad as the Werewolf 5.2% sweetness. For a higher alcohol Lager, (Malt Liquor) it’s not all that offensive, its not all that spectacular either, but it is drinkable. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
I;ve tried serveral Rinskkuskai brews and have come to the consusion that they make 2 basic brews: strong (8% ABV) and stronger (12%ABV), most of which have great labels. This one is in the former group and as cheap as the rest. 50cl bottle pours a slightly hazy orange color with a substantial white head and not much lacing. Smells of yeast. Aroma is bread. Medium body, below average carbonation, but not as foul a finish as I’ve had from some of this brewery’s similar products. Much better than the many American malt liquors I’ve tried, and serves the same purpose. If this were produced in South Chicago or Detroit (without the importation expenses) it would be a hit in my neighborhood and would wean my homies away from the likes of Steel Reserve, Natural Ice, Coqui, Olde English, or Colt 45, which sell well here.
